Sunline was started by a group of 17-year-olds from Otago Boys’ High School in Dunedin. Like most people our age, we spend a lot of time at the beach and we kept running into the same problem: there was never a good place to put our stuff.

Phones, keys, and wallets would either get covered in sand, left out in the open, or wrapped up in a towel and hoped for the best. It was a simple issue, but one that no one seemed to have properly solved.

So we decided to change that.
